Our builders, Rowlinsons, are making great progress at Rossendale.  Phase 1, a new development of apartments named 'Riverside', was completed and occupied in Spring 2010.

Phase 2, 'Rose Gardens', is being built to the same high specification, and is on schedule for completion by February 2011.

The new tenants of "Rosegardens" all moved into their new apartments in May 2011. The 16 new tenants included 9 tenants new to Rossendale as they had previously lived at home with their parents. All have settled in extremely well and new friendships have been formed.
