Mike Frost - CEO
(Based at Rossendale Hall)

Mike joined the Trust as Operations Manager in July 2005; Mike brought to the Trust a wealth of managerial experience having worked for large commercial companies, his last appointment before joining the Trust was operations manager for Barclays bank.

Andy Caesar - Head of Care and Supported Living Services
(Based at Rossendale Hall)

Andy started work as a volunteer at Rossendale in 2005, and has subsequently worked on the Oakwood project, and in all of the units as a care support worker and an officer in charge.  In January 2009 he was appointed Registered Home Manager at Rossendale Hall, and is now promoted to Head of Care and Supported Living Services. He lives in nearby Langley.

Sue Ferguson - Head of Administration and PR
(Based at Rossendale Hall)

Sue joined the Trust in February 2011 as Management and Administrative support. Sue brought to the Trust a wide range of experience coming from an owner/entrepreneurial background. She enjoys variety in her work and is a creative team player. Since joining the Trust Sue has been promoted to Head of Administration and PR with responsibility for Fundraising. Sue is an ex-teacher and a valuable member of our enthusiastic forward thinking team.

Tom Couper - Head of Finance
(Based at Rossendale Hall)

Tom Couper joined the Trust in March 2011 as Operational Accountant having previously worked on the finance/administrative side of the healthcare industry with Westminster Healthcare (Nursing Homes) and Cheadle Royal Hospital, (Private Psychiatric).Since joining the Trust Tom has now been made Head of Finance. Tom was born and educated in Scotland moving to Cheshire with his family in 1988.

Simon Potts - Building Services Manager /Health and Safety

(Based at Rossendale Hall)

Simon joined the Trust in October 2011 having previously worked in Quality and Health and Safety in the textile industry. He now lives in Wilmslow but is origionally from Stoke-on-Trent.

Pat Sparkes - Head of HR & Training
(Based at Rossendale Hall)

Pat joined the Trust in May 2010 as Quality Co-ordinator, working closely with Mike Doggett (now retired). Pat previously worked for CEC as a Team Manager for Heatherbrae, Congleton. Through promotion Pat is now Head of HR & Training.

Louise Woolley - Quality Auditor
(Based at Rossendale Hall)

Louise joined the Trust in August 1999 as a care officer but since then has had various roles at Rossendale. Her current appointment involves monitoring and maintaining compliance and quality throughout the Trust.

Jason Blythe - Operations Manager, Oakwood
(Based at Oakwood)

Jason joined the trust in January 2003 as a support worker but was promoted to the position of Oakwood Team Leader in September 2007. Jason is now Operations Manager of Oakwood.

Lynne Edwards - Operations Manager and Residential Care Registered Manager for Woodlands
(Based at Woodlands, Macclesfield and Cavendale, Buxton)

Lynne joined the Trust in 2000 as a carer and has worked  more recently at the Trust's Day Services in Sutton.  Following promotion Lynne now manages the Woodlands home.

Rachel Windelinckx - Operations Manager Derbyshire
(Based at Cavendale, Buxton)

Rachel first joined the Trust on a college placement to Woodlands and started working for the Trust in 1990. She has worked at all the Trust's homes, although mainly at Woodlands. Rachel started work as a care assistant and is now working as the Operations Manager of our homes in Derbyshire.
