Supported Living

Supported living is where residents become tenants and are supported to live as independently as possible.

The Trust is presently going through a period of transition, where many of our residents are moving to supported tenancies.

Riverside and Rose Gardens are a new development of two blocks of apartments, newly built on the Hall site in Sutton. Our residents moved into Riverside in 2010 and Rose Gardens is currently on target for completion in February 2011.
