Annual General Meeting - Tuesday 22nd July, now to be held at Sutton St James Scout Hut, Sutton, Macclesfield, instead of in St James Church.  This is scheduled to begin at 8pm.

Rossendale Summer Fete - Sunday 3rd August 2008 at Rossendale Hall from 1pm until 5pm. Poster

Concert with the Silk Brass Band - Saturday 3rd September at St Michael's and All Angels Church, Market Place, Macclesfield. Poster

The concert begins at 7.30pm and tickets, priced £7 each, are available from Sue Howell at The Rossendale Trust, telephone 01260 252500, from the tourist information centres in Macclesfield and Congleton, or from band members. Silk Brass

Holidays/Outings
Residents have been enjoying the summer weather and have been on several day trips and holidays. These include holidays to Portmadog, Norfolk and Skegness, and with day trips to Chester Zoo, the Cheshire Show, and a special Bollin Valley Countrypark taster day held in Macclesfield's Riverside Park.
