Mike Frost - CEO
Based at Rossendale Hall
Mike joined the Trust as Operations Manager in July 2005; Mike brought to the Trust a wealth of managerial experience having worked for large commercial companies, his last appointment before joining the Trust was operations manager for Barclays bank.

Sue Furness - Head of Finance & Administration
Based at Rossendale Hall
Sue's involvement with the Trust started back in 1998 when she became involved with the annual audit of the accounts. Sue qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1989. Her involvement increased in April 2002 when she became the Accountant. In 2004 she became Treasurer.

Richard Jones - Care Services Director
Based at Rossendale Hall
Richard initially joined the Trust on a voluntary basis in February 2006 - planning and implementing Health & Safety Risk Assessments. However, Richard's role and commitment has been increased and he is now our Care Services Director.

Linda Blythe - HR & Training Manager
Based at Rossendale Hall
Linda joined the Trust as a support worker in January 1981 straight from school. During her 25 years with the Trust Linda has worked at two of the Trust homes - eventually becoming the senior staff manager for the Hall. In recent times Linda has become the Trust's NVQ Assessor and is now combining that role with her additional duties as Training Manager.

Christian joined the Trust in May 1983 as a Support worker. Christian has had several different roles in his 23 years with the Trust until he became the Registered Manager in 2003. Christian has achieved the NVQ Level 5 registered Managers Award.

Jeanette Murcott - Home Manager
Based at Cavendale, Buxton
Jeanette joined the Trust in 2005 as a carer. but was recently promoted to Home Manager at Cavendale.

Rachel Windelinckx - Registered Home Manager
Based at Woodlands, Macclesfield
Rachel Windelinckx joined the Trust in August 1990 as a Support worker. Rachel has worked at both Rossendale Hall and Woodlands. Rachel became the registered Manager of Woodlands in 2003 and is currently working towards her Registered Manager's Award level 4 NVQ.

Jean Hadfield - Registered Home Manager
Based at the Bungalow
Jean joined the Trust in January 1995. She has managed the Bungalow since 1997. When the Trust was asked to provide a further Domiciliary care home Jean was instrumental in helping with the opening of Leefield in 2006.
Jean is currently the Manager for both the Bungalow and Leefields.

Suzanne Mills - Day Centre Manager, Sutton
Suzanne joined the Trust after first having some work experience with the Trust whilst at college in 1987. Suzanne undertook a full time role in July 1988 coming in as a Support worker. Suzanne undertook a huge change in position and direction when she undertook the running of our Day Centre from 2000.

Jason Blythe - Oakwood Project Manager

Jason joined the trust in January 2003 as a support worker but was promoted to the position of Oakwood Team Leader in September 2007.

Sue Howell - Assistant to Senior Management
Based at Rossendale Hall
Sue joined the Trust in April 2008 to assist the senior management team. She is also the main contact for website management as well as for the the two newsletters, Rossen-Tales and Rossendale Renewal.
