Mike Frost - CEO

Mike joined the Trust as Operations Manager in July 2005; Mike brought to the Trust a wealth of managerial experience having worked for large commercial companies, his last appointment before joining the Trust was operations manager for Barclays bank.

Sue Furness - Head of Finance & Administration
Based at Rossendale Hall
Sue's involvement with the Trust started back in 1998 when she became involved with the annual audit of the accounts. Sue qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1989. Her involvement increased in April 2002 when she became the Accountant. In 2004 she became Treasurer.

Richard Jones - Care Services Director
Based at Rossendale Hall
Richard initially joined the Trust on a voluntary basis in February 2006 - planning and implementing Health & Safety Risk Assessments. However, Richard's role and commitment has been increased and he is now our Care Services Director.

Andy Caesar - Home Manager
Based at Rossendale Hall
Andy started work as a volunteer at Rossendale in 2005, and has subsequently worked on the Oakwood project, and in all of the units as a care support worker and an officer in charge. In January 2009 he was appointed as Registered Home Manager at Rossendale Hall, and he will become the Domicilliary Care Manager for the Trust in March 2010. Prior to his career change, Andy worked in the printing and publishing industries in Manchester. He lives in nearby Langley.

Lynne Edwards - Home Manager
Based at Woodlands, Macclesfield and Cavendale, Buxton
Lynne joined the Trust in 2000 as a carer. and has worked more recently at the Trust's Day Services in Sutton. Following promotion Lynne now manages the Woodlands home plus Cavendale as well as the proposed additional home in Buxton and Woodlands, and is supported by Rachel Windelinckx.

Rachel Windelinckx - Team Leader
Based at Cavendale, Buxton and Woodlands, Macclesfield
Rachel Windelinckx joined the Trust in August 1990 as a Support worker. Rachel has worked at both Rossendale Hall and Woodlands, and now assists and deputises for Lynne Edwards in the management of the Buxton and Woodlands homes.

Mike Doggett - Training & Quality
Based at Rossendale Hall
Mike co-ordinates training and quality standards for the Trust. A resident in Sutton, he came up to offer his time and expertise to the Trust almost two years ago, and has never looked back. Previously a principal lecturer in telecommunications at Staffordshire University, Mike was also Health & Safety adviser and Quality Manager to his faculty.

Suzanne Mills - Day Centre Team Leader, Sutton
Suzanne joined the Trust after first having some work experience with the Trust whilst at college in 1987. Suzanne undertook a full time role in July 1988 coming in as a Support worker. Suzanne undertook a huge change in position and direction when she undertook the running of our Day Centre from 2000.

Jason joined the trust in January 2003 as a support worker but was promoted to the position of Oakwood Team Leader in September 2007.

Sue Howell - Assistant to Senior Management

Sue joined the Trust in April 2008 to assist the senior management team. She is also the main contact for website management as well as for the in-house newsletter, Rossen-Tales.

Louise Woolley - Service & Person Centered Development
Based at Rossendale Hall
Louise joined the Trust in August 1999 as a care officer but since then has had various roles including manager of the Rossendale site. Her current appointment includes working closely with all the home managers, including those of day services, and aims to expand our current activities in line with the needs of all our residents.
Louise is also responsible for managing the Day Services Provision. Both future directions and day-to-day management of the service via the two Team Leaders based on Oakwood and at the Day Centre.
