Trustees
The board of trustees is composed of 7 members who have a great and varied experience in business and commerce.

Some Trustees have a family connection with the guest residents.

The Trustees experiences range from being a member of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), FPMI (Fellow of Pensions Management Institute), Chartered Secretary, Member of Institute of Banking, a retired managing director of a £2.3m business to a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management (FInstAM).

Trustee Meetings
Trustees hold regular meetings at which the Trust's progress is monitored. In addition weekly senior management review meetings are held at which some Trustees attend.

The Trustees recently introduced a annual Workshop whereby family and friends of the residents are able to exchange viewpoints.

The next Trustees meeting will be on Wednesday 3rd December at 7pm at the Hall.

Accounts
The Trusts accounts are prepared and audited in accordance with Charities Act 1993 and Statement of Recommended Practice; Accounting and reporting by the Charities Commission rules 2005.
